We are very proud of the quality of accommodation we provide with 12 comfortable self-contained suites. We cater specifically for corporate clients on business, families on transfer and those just wishing to get away for a welcome break. We are ideally sited close to the motorway on-ramp at East Tamaki, Auckland International Airport and shopping centres at Manukau and Botany. We are adjacent to the prestigious Grange International Golf Course. We are Qualmark rated 4 Star and are the Winners of the AA Tourism Supreme Host of The Year Award 2004 and again in 2005. Runners up in 2008 and 2012.

1-bedroom suite
Our 1-bedroom suites sleep 3 people comfortably with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the lounge. Units have cooking facilities, ensuite and feature a private patio with outdoor furnishings. Units are spacious and outfitted with air condition in all units. Free wireless internet connection available in your room. Flat screen TV with access to SKY channels.
2-bedroom suite
Our family suites sleep 5 persons comfortably with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom and another bed in the lounge. Units have cooking facilities and feature a private patio with outdoor furnishings. Bath and shower in bathroom. Suites are spacious and outfitted with air condition in all units. General policies
Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is before 10am on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy
NORMAL: 1-4 days:
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room.
SPECIAL: 5 or more days:
Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of the total amount of your stay.
GROUPS: 5 or more rooms:
In order for a group reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of 20% of the full stay including tax is required.
- Group reservations can be cancelled free of charge up till 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
- Reservations cancelled 4-2 weeks prior to arrival date incur a penalty of 50% of the full stay including tax.
- Reservations cancelled 2 weeks or less prior to arrival date incur the full stay including tax.
- Updated reservations are accepted up to 2 weeks.
The hotel can charge your card in the following instances:
- For any damage done to your hotel room during your stay that is discovered after you have left the hotel.
- For the price of the room in the case of late cancellation or no show as per our cancellation policy (please see above).
- For the cost of a deep clean in the event you smoke in your room or bathroom.
- If you leave the hotel without settling your room or bar bill.
